6 Easy Ways to Pick Penny Stocks
1) Only purchase your stock from the 3 exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX).2) Be diligent, multiple times, every day, check on your penny stock. Make sure it is selling for under $3.00, and see what kind of legs their standing on.
3) Check on the companies cash assets, make sure the debt load is small or nonexistent! This is key, if the company is harboring a debt you shouldn’t be investing.
4) Buy at least 100 shares worth, and sell fifty when the stock doubles. Get your money off the table. You can no longer lose any cash, since you have already made back what you put in and your still holding shares.
5) Buy at 50% the book value of the company.
6) Divide their current assets by their current liabilities, make sure they have a ratio of 2.0
Follow these rules and you should be ok.
